  • No. Concrete is porous, which means it can absorb liquids. It’s not suitable for drinking or eating out of.

  • Shipping Timeframe: 3-5 Business Days

    Every item I send out is meticulously handcrafted by me personally. This process involves crafting, designing, labeling, stamping, and carefully packaging your order for shipping. Handcrafted items inherently require a bit more time to create, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

    We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS

    Overall:Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the label is created for their order. We use our labels and packing slips for order processing. The label creation indicates that we are preparing your order for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive status updates via email.

    Keep in mind the process of creating concrete vessels take time. Please reach out a few weeks or months in advanced if you have a large order request of 30+

  • When you place an order for one of our concrete candles, we start crafting it from scratch. This approach eliminates the need for mass production and excessive inventory, ensuring that each candle is created with care and attention to detail.

  • If you wish to return an item, please do so within 5 days of the order.

    In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. To expedite the resolution process, kindly send me an email containing the following information:

    Your order number.

    A clear photograph of the damaged item.

    Once you provide proof of the damaged item, I will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I am committed to resolving any issues swiftly and effectively.

WARNING: Do not drink or eat out of the concrete vessels. They are not food-grade items.

Teaching myself to transform raw cement and water into stunning concrete vessels was a journey of experimentation and intuition. What began with basic elements has evolved into a collection of functional art, where every piece is a testament to the beauty of the handmade process.

THE PROCESS

Quality cannot be rushed. Each Onya’e Naturals vessel follows a meticulous schedule:

  • Day 1: The initial pour and hand-casting.

  • The 3-Hour Mark: Careful demolding to reveal the raw form.

  • 72 Hours Later: Sealing the vessel to ensure durability and finish.

  • Day 5: Hand-pouring the soy wax once the concrete has fully cured.

Beyond the ingredients, understanding the properties of the stone and harnessing its potential. Guided by artistic intuition and a commitment to pushing boundaries, I hand-infuse every piece with pigments and acrylic paint, by transforming industrial concrete into a living, elegant piece for your home.

Candle care
Please refrain from burning the candle for longer than 2 hours continuously. Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains at the bottom. Additionally, ensure you always trim the wick before each use. It’s essential never to leave a burning candle unattended. Prior to leaving the room, make sure to extinguish the candle. To ensure safety, position candles out of the grasp of children and pets.

Concrete
To clean, please use a gentle wipe with a damp cloth for the inside only. Avoid submerging the item in water, as it's not dishwasher safe. For your assurance, I apply a non-toxic, water-based protective sealant to the inside of concrete jars, and top of trays. This ensures no seepage of wax or fragrance oil. Kindly note that the exterior of the candle-vessel is unsealed, which may make it more prone to staining. However, rest assured, this does not impact the overall quality and durability of the product.

Safety Reminders
Given the nature of cement/concrete, please avoid exposing the Concrete Vessel to direct sunlight for extended periods. If it is stored in cold temperatures and then quickly moved to a warm environment, natural cracks may occur. This is not a product to drink out of or eat out of. It’s not food-grade - only decor
