Shipping Timeframe: 5-10 Business Days

Every item I send out is meticulously handcrafted by me personally. This process involves crafting, designing, labeling, stamping, and carefully packaging your order for shipping. Handcrafted items inherently require a bit more time to create, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 8 days of receiving your order. To expedite the resolution process, kindly send me an email containing the following information:

Your order number.

A clear photograph of the damaged item.

Once you provide proof of the damaged item, I will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I am committed to resolving any issues swiftly and effectively.

No. Concrete is porous, which means it can absorb liquids. It’s not suitable for drinking or eating out of.

Unfortunately, at this time Onya’e Naturals does not offer international shipping. As we continue to grow, we will re-evaluate our capabilities to fulfill shipments to different parts of the world.

When you place an order for one of our concrete candles, we start crafting it from scratch. This approach eliminates the need for mass production and excessive inventory, ensuring that each candle is created with care and attention to detail.

While I do have a few vessels available in local shops, I'm not currently expanding to more locations. Check back in 2024 though 😉
