COVID-UPDATE: Please allow extra prep and shipping! Due to post office delays, things are taking longer than usual. Each item is made to order and you will be notified if your order is expected to take a bit longer.
How soon can I expect my order? 5-10 shipping days. Each item I send out is handcrafted by me alone. This includes creating, designing, labeling, stamping and shipping. Handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce. Each order is shipped in the order it’s been received. I appreciate your patience.
Do you have pick-up services? Not right now. I work from home and would like to keep that private. I ship orders only at this time
Do you Ship International orders? Unfortunately, at this time Onya’e Naturals does not offer international shipping. As we continue to grow, we will re-evaluate our capabilities to fulfill shipments to different parts of the world.
Problems Orders: If you don't receive your order in 10 days after the shipping label has printed, please contact me and we can discuss the next step. Onya'e Naturals is not responsible for lost/stolen items once shipped.
Returns and/or Broken items: If you received a broken item, notify me within 8 days after the order has arrived. Then email me with these two things: The order number and a photograph of the broken item. After you show proof of this broken item, I will gladly resend.
